1. What Pipeliner is

Pipeliner is a software service for local businesses: an AI receptionist widget for your website, a lead-capture and follow-up system, an AI-drafted marketing and website toolkit, and a client portal to manage all of it. We are a software provider — we are not your employee, marketing agency, or legal/financial advisor, and we don't guarantee any particular business outcome (see Section 6 on the guarantee for the one specific exception).

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you sign up on behalf of.
• The information you give us about your business (services, prices, hours, contact details) must be accurate — the AI receptionist repeats it directly to your customers.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account, including any team members you invite through the portal.
• One account per business. If you refer other businesses, see Section 8 (Refer & Earn) — no fake or duplicate signups.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

• We currently offer a Free plan and paid Growth/Autopilot plans, each with monthly AI-tool usage limits described on the pricing page and in your portal's Membership tab.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• There is no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime from your portal's billing page, or by asking us via Support. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We may change plan pricing or usage limits going forward; we'll give existing Members reasonable notice before any change takes effect on their account.

4. Fair use of AI features

Each AI-powered tool (marketing plans, website generator, AI photos, social drafts, and similar) is metered per month according to your plan — shown live in your portal. This exists so no single account can cost us more in AI/API usage than the plan is priced for. It resets monthly; usage does not roll over.

5. AI-generated content — read this

Pipeliner uses AI (including third-party AI models) to draft the receptionist's replies, website copy, marketing plans, social posts, and images. AI output can be wrong, generic, or occasionally strange — it is a draft, not professional advice. Specifically:

• The receptionist widget only answers using the facts you've entered in your AI Profile — it's instructed never to invent prices, promotions, or availability, but you are responsible for keeping those facts accurate and reviewing real conversations.
• Drafted marketing copy, emails, social posts, and AI-generated images are suggestions for you to review, edit, and approve before anything goes out publicly — nothing posts or sends without your action, except AI-drafted follow-up emails you've turned on, which you can disable anytime.
• We don't guarantee AI output is free of errors, and you shouldn't rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical claims about your business.

6. The 3-month guarantee

If you're on a paid plan, follow the setup steps in your portal, and put Pipeliner in front of real visitors for 3 full months with genuinely nothing to show for it, tell us through Support and we'll refund you. This is a good-faith guarantee, not an automatic one — we may ask what you tried before issuing a refund, and it doesn't cover accounts that were never actually set up or used.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pipeliner to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing to people who haven't consented, or bulk/automated messages that break the rules of the platforms you connect (email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram).
• Collect or store sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government ID numbers) through the widget or forms.
• Impersonate another business or person, or use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying system.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate this section.

8. Refer & Earn

Any logged-in Member (including Free plan) can share their referral link. If someone you refer becomes a paying Member, you earn one free month, applied manually by us to your account — it has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything other than a free month on your own subscription. We can reverse rewards earned through fake signups, self-referrals, or abuse of the program.

9. Your data & content

You own your business' content (services, prices, brand assets) and the leads/conversations/appointments your account captures. We process that data to run the service — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how. If you cancel, we keep your data for a reasonable period in case you resubscribe, then it's deleted — contact Support if you want it deleted sooner.

10. Third-party services

Pipeliner runs on top of infrastructure and AI providers we don't control (currently including Supabase, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Google, and the social platforms you choose to connect). If one of them has an outage or changes their service, it can affect Pipeliner — we'll do our best to keep things running but can't guarantee their uptime.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Pipeliner is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or missed leads) arising from using the service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we'll let existing Members know (email or a portal notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pipeliner after that means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
